Learn how to get your bike paid for following a crash, how to get your medical bills covered, as well as insurance needs for all New York Cyclists. Daniel will also discuss why your bike lawyer loves your “Go Pro” as well as how other electronic devices collecting crash data. Daniel will also discuss current campaigns of the New York Bicycling Coalition to make the roads safer for all New York cyclists.

Who is he? Dan Flanzig (Flanzig & Flanzig – NewYorkBikeLawyers.com) is a New York Bike Crash Lawyer representing cyclists throughout New York City, Long Island and Westchester. He serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Bicycling Coalition (NYBC) where he also is a legal advisor writing their monthly blog “Wheels of Justice”. He has authored numerous articles and frequently lectures on bicycle litigation throughout New York and nationwide.
