Daniel Flanzig has been asked to Join the popular Advanced Trial Tactics series hosted by the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers with Dan Rausher and Harlan Wittenstein.
The Panel will discuss use of electronic devices and their admissibility including use of surveillance footage, Go Pro Video, as well as other electronics such as Strava and GPS devices. The Panel will also explore "right of way" cases, aggravation of pre-existing injuries, and susceptibility of injury.
