Daniel Flanzig interviewed by Vice.com on the present state of criminal prosecution of motorists in bike related fatalities. “Right now, what New York misses that other states have is that the police cannot issue a summons unless an act was committed in their presence,” says local bike attorney Dan Flanzig.
