Daniel FLanzig to Present Bike Law Continuing Education Program at New York Law School

Bridge the Gap is a two day program presented at the New York Law School on October 10th and 11th, 2015. The course includes credits in Ethics,Skills,Professional Practice and/or "Law Practice Management Credits in NY. "Bridge the Gap," lectures cover topics of law designed to increase the scope of efficacy of attorneys with all levels of experience.

On Saturday New York Bike Crash attorney Daniel Flanzig will discuss recent bike crash related decisions and how they impact bicycle litigation practice in New York. Daniel will also discuss the practical aspects of trying a bike crash in New York and the statutes needed to know before going to trial.

The lecture will include a discussion on the use of Go Pro and other electronic devices, and how they can win or kill your client's case. Lastly, the course will update the fundamentals of Municipal liability for road defects including proper investigation of a claim and how to identify the proper parties.
