Daniel Flanzig is the lead trial attorney for Flanzig and Flanzig in New York where his firm focuses on significant personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is an avid cyclist and bike advocate who has been representing cyclists in New York City and Long Island for over 19 years. He serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Bicycle Coalition and is the co-author of "Wheels of Justice," a monthly Bicycle Law column. Mr. Flanzig has authored numerous articles involving cycling and the law and frequently lectures on bike law litigation in New York. He is a member of AAJ's Bicycle Litigation Group and AAJ's Motor Vehicle, Highway and Premises Liability Section.
Michael S. Keating is the founder of Keating Law Offices located in Chicago, Illinois. His practice concentrates on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He was repeatedly named a "Rising Star" in the annual editions of Illinois Super Lawyers and in Chicago Magazine. He is an accomplished runner and cyclist and the chair of AAJ's Bicycle Litigation Group.
Thomas Penfield concentrates his practice in personal injury, business litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, class actions, civil, and environmental law. He serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego Law School and was awarded the Environmental Lawyer of the Year Award for the Sierra Club's San Diego Chapter. Neil Sutton is a partner at Adelman, Hirsch, and Connors LLP where his primary concentrations are personal injury, medical negligence, products liability, and legal negligence. He has lectured on pharmacist negligence, motor vehicle trials, evidence, and uninsured motorist law, served on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and coauthored articles on the law of evidence.
