C. William Brewer has over 30 years experience in large scale engineering, construction, and real estate development projects and concentrates on land development and land planning. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Mr. Brewer is a member of numerous professional associations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a civil engineer and land development expert at Robson Forensic in Charleston, South Carolina

Luke Elrath has designed, built, and repaired bicycles, and has extensive experience competing, commuting, and riding for leisure. He has worked as a product manager for large and small bicycle manufacturers, raced competitively on the road and on trials, and has worked as a metropolitan bicycle courier. As a product manager, he was responsible for testing, benchmarking, and performing hazard analysis during the design phase of several product lines, including children’s bicycles. Mr. Elrath is a degreed engineer, has completed formal training on bicycle frame building, and regularly contributes articles and product reviews for bicycle publications. Mr. Elrath is a bicycle expert witness for Robson Forensic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Daniel Flanzig is the lead trial attorney for Flanzig and Flanzig in New York. He is an avid cyclist and biathlete who has been representing cyclists in New York State for over 18 years. He is the co-author of “Wheels of Justice”, a monthly Bicycle Law column and has authored numerous articles involving cycling and the law. Daniel frequently lectures on Bike Law litigation in New York. He is a member of AAJ’s Bicycle Litigation Group and AAJ’s Motor Vehicle Highway and Premises Liability Section.
